did I feel baby move in middle of the night or was it just a dream?

Am 13 weeks so very early but am very aware there is something there and growing and have been since about 8weeks.

Anyhow in the middle of the night I think I woke up and could feel the baby definitely moving- my abdomen pulsed slightly- it felt really really really real but given the baby is only 7cm at min (had scan friday!) then was I dreaming!? My DH is convinced I was dreaming as I had been talking about looking forward to feel the baby move in the evening!
(am feeling the odd "pop" or "flutter" sensation too which reading on here could be movements too.

Hmmm!

Is it your first? If so it's quite early to be feeling anything but if it's a second or subsequent PG then it's perfectly possible.

I felt DD2 at around 13 weeks and there was no mistaking it was definitely the baby I was feeling.

With DD1 it was much later (around 20 weeks or so)

Will be my firstborn (fingers crossed)- was pregnant just before this one but had an MMC at 10weeks (emby stopped at 7weeks but egg sac carried on so uterus was stretched a bit anyway and docs commented was bigger than expected for stage of pregnancy but obviously hadnt stretched as much as full term baby!)

I felt my baby (my first) at 15 weeks - wasn't sure, but as the movements built up over the next few weeks, they were just exaggerations of the first feeling I'd had. So, doesn't sound impossible to me! but I don't know really

I felt my dc2 from 11 or 12 weeks definitely- I was sleeping on my stomach still, so I'm assuming I was just lying on the right bit!
