Only one birth partner because of swine flu risk. Anyone else's hospital doing this?

yep its the same where i am! (unless we're from the same area!!) visiting hours also cut back by alot too!

Visiting has been cut back in our area - sister has recently given birth. Sensible IMO.

Think it is not an outrageous thing to ask. Sorry, probably not the answer you are looking for. Imagine the hoo-hah if a newborn caught sf in hospital on the neonatal unit. I think they have to cover their arses.
