40+3 weeks - baby moving quite a lot - should I be worried?

not moving frantically, but movement increased, mostly around head area (was 4/5 engaged last time I was checked). Should I be worried about this / get it checked?

mine moving a lot then too, think is just feeling of increasing pressure + baby wanting to come out
