Hi
I am trying to work out the benefits of going private at Kingston or using NHS there?

I was all booked in at the Portland for a c section for medical reasons, but I have had a early labour scare at 28 weeks and Portland don't accept you till 32 so now am trying to move about. So my private package has just gone out the window.

I am in at Kingston but any advice on whether going private there is really worth it? They also dont seem to agree with the reasons for the cs so now it looks natural is the way. Who on earth do you listen to? and which is the best option?

Thanks

Don't know anything about private at Kingston but know lots of people who have had theirs on NHS there and have yet to hear a complaint, infact I was talking to someone at work today with a new baby born at Kingston and they said it was wonderful [ahh] this was the Dad not the Mum

Why dont you speak to your consultant who was going to deliver you at the portland and use the hospital where he/she does NHS work especially if they have a private wing?
