Have given brth at UCH?

Hi everyone, I was wondering if there is anybody who has given birth at UCH and wouldn't mind sharing it. Good or bad I don't mind. I missed out on the antenatal classes so don't know much.

Are you having a natural delivery or a c/s?
I had a natural one in the old building 5 years ago. I think I'll go for the c/s this time (thread going on at the moment).
I wasn't very pleased with the delivery 5 years ago because I tore badly. Thanks God baby was in great shape. Quite big actually that's why it was such hard work to push him out. They were kind when they took me to theatre to be stitched. I found funny that next day (or the day after?) I was supposed to go and get my breakfast, food was next door, but I had to leave baby alone in the room!! I don't think they'll be doing that in the new building. I wasn't happy with everything, but still I chose to come back and it seems to me that the hospital has improved greatly (fingers crossed).
