Does this sound like early labour ?

I am 39+6 today. I was given a sweep yesterday and started losing a lot of discharge almost straight away .
Felt like someone had kicked me in the fanjo all afternoon and very crampy .

At midnight I had a big show with streaks of blood in and some strong ctx but they wore off . Woke up at 3am with a couple more ctx and again they wore off .

This morning I am still losing lots of gunk it all looks normal and I am very crampy and occasionally having a strong ctx .

Despite already having 5 dc I have never had a sweep before and labour has never really started like this .

I had a sweep and next day was sitting watching Big Brother when felt the urge to go to the toilet, turned out it was not a poo, it was a child
