am 40+5 and so far no signs of labour.
last night OH and i did the deed to try and hurry things along, again no pains or anything but this morning i have been excessively 'wet' downstairs. i know sometimes this can happen after sex and is normal but this was really alot and although is less wet now, i have been to bathroom 5 times since 6 am and its still happening iyswim. im just wondering if it could be my waters leaking? and if it is, do i go to the hospital? my waters didnt break with ds1 until i was well into labour and it was a gush, not a trickle so this doesnt feel the same. if anyone can shed any light that would be great, even just to say its not my waters so i know. as i said, im not having any pain whatsoever. TIA

It could be a trickle.
Wear a sanitary towel and if it continues and you are worried then the hospital can examine the towel and tell if it is your waters.
Hopefully, you will go into labour before that!

Good luck.

With ds1 i was exactly the same (without the nookie though unfortunately ), i kept having little tiny trickles, to be honest i was a bit worried that i was weeing slightly. I rang the hospital and they told me to come in even though it had stopped just so they could check, while there, about 4 hours later (waiting for hubby to get home etc) i had a big gush. I didn't even know they could just trickle for a while. So it's very possilble you've started. Phone the hospital and see what they say.

Good luck
