Are sore nipples a sign of pending labour?

Hi everyone, I was just wondering as I am 37 weeks, been having mild contractions/braxtons for a few days now, and my nipples are really sore today. Don't remember them being sore at the end with my other 2, but then with both of them I didn't have any braxtons just straight into full on contractions!
Am getting fed up now!

I really don't know but am answering in the hope that someone else will come who does. My nipples have been sore and cracked since 12 weeks on this pg but no sore nipples last time. sorry I couldn't be of more help.

no nipple soreness from me either... sorry, but I hope it's the start of something for you - you sound like you need it
