Awful cramps when I try to eat...help!

am now 40+4, had ctx between 4-7 mins apart since yesterday afternoon. They feel very high up, like stomach cramps and around top and front of bump but also accompanied by lower back pain. Although pretty painful and fairly frequent in the night they tailed off a little this afternoon and now not at all regular.

I haven't felt like eating at all all day, and every time I have had a mouthful it aches like crazy. I am starving now! any ideas?

what about smoothies, soups, that kind of thing? sounds like it could e any time so you need to rest and keep your energy up (your probably sick of people saying that to you, sorry lol)

Now I am being sick too..assuming this is a temporary 'clearing out' for labour? But still starving!

just a thought, but have you tried taking gaviscon? Could be that you are producing too much stomach acid and that this would help settle things to be able to eat a little?
