How to bring back contractions!!! Help!!!

SIL has had show but contractions have almost gone (v strong and regular yesterday), v dull and only every hour or so.

Please give me top tips to get them moving again! She is almost 42 weeks pregnant and is desperate not to be induced. Thank you. S x

Clary sage oil, a few drops in a carrier oil, massage into tummy, a few drops in a warm bath too,

sex.

sex again later.

She doesn't have to be induced if she can have the will-power to wait. She'll be better off resting and saving her strength for the marathon ahead of her!
