Just wondered if anyone else had this issue - I went bowling on Sat and after 3 goes had to give up as the bowling action was really hurting in the groin area, it felt like the ligament/muscle which attaches upper thigh to pelvis was pulled/strained. I didn't have any SPD during pregnancy, and while I'm not super-fit I have been walking at least 12 miles a week and haven't had any other problems. Anyone got any tips on how I can avoid the pain and go bowling again?!
