Hi guys, I am interested in having my baby at st mary's, paddington and have just found out that i can either go via my GP or then self referal. Does anyone know how self referal goes? Somehow no one seems to answer the numbers i got off their web site?

Try calling the St Marys labour ward no between 2 and 4 in the afternoon - they seem to answer it then. To be honest, doubt they'll take a self referral unless you're in the country (posted on your other thread) as they are very busy. My GP's referral (at 6 weeks) got lost and I only got my 12 week scan because I chased up StMarys and GP in person. The midwives are very good though - just horribly busy... Good luck.
