33 weeks just had a hot curry and...

...really strong, dare I say it quite painful, braxton hicks (is that the right term?)...
I've been having quite bad back ache on and off since Monday night, but assume it's just the load it's carrying and as baby is breech..

I haven't triggered something off have I I went into premature labour at 24weeks which was thankfully stopped with lots of drugs and bed rest.

Sorry for the stupid question! I'm going to get a shower or bath in a minute and see how I feel after that...

After the 24 week scare I would be tempted to call the Midwife service - they may want to check things out. Go for the bath rather than the shower - lying down may calm things down a bit.

I'll have a half hour soak in the bath now & call MW in an hour or so if things haven't calmed down, better to be safe & I guess it's what they're there for.
