can I have some 'go into labour vibes' please'

Well I am 40 weeks on Saturday and I have never gone into labour naturally. My last three I have always had to have a drip to start me off and the gel they use not working. Last night I was alittle uncomfortable in bed but nothing. They have told me the baby is 9lb when i went for scan last week so do not want it getting any bigger and would love to experience a natural labour.

I have been taking raspberry leaf tablets for past 3 weeks and yesterday had acupunture but do not think it helped and just caused cramps in my legs last night really bad.

I hope you do not think I am selfish asking for vibes.

well, 'vibes' won't make a blind bit of difference but have a pat on the shoulder and a bit of support from me. It's a bugger at the end, isn't it? I remember being SO fecked off!

I'm 38+5 but had a sweep yesterday (need to be induced next friday due to complications) and nothing so far apart from period pains! Am desperately hoping I have this baby naturally and don't get that far.

just thought would send you vibes back ladies for you to go into labour... I am 40 weeks today and still no sign I bet I go to 42 weeks. The midwife has offered me a membrane sweep the end of next week so we will see what happens.. has anybody had one of these?
