Does anyone know what strength to buy?

I have the 30ch ones, supposedly strong, but dont know what 30ch means. Arnica Montant it read.

Anyone know anything about that?

I got the ones in the little blue tubes from Holland and Barrett. They seemed to have f all effect - so I guess stronger than those ones were necessary!

No idea tbh. But I also bought 30c Arnica tablets today. In past could only get 6c and felt I was continually taking them for them to have an effect, so hope these are better.

Hi there, it's the full name, Arnica Montana.

If it's for labour you want 200c really. The number means how many times it has been diluted; and perversely in homeopathy, the more times diluted the stronger it is!

Dosage would be:
1 x tab every 2-3 hours first day (including throughour labour)
then
1 X tab 2-3 times a day for up to 10 days

For supplies and advice call the officionados Ainsworths
Maybe they can alter the dosage for you to make use of the ones you have.

For labour you need 200c which you can only get from a homeopath/homeopathic pharmacy.
