A question about shows....

Am 38 weeks, about to turn 39 weeks and have had a pinky show a day for the past 3 days (not including today's show) and lots of mucusy gunk coming out (nice). This is my second baby but never even had one show with my first (ended up being induced at 42 weeks), so my question is, is it normal to have lots of mini shows???

I think it's completely normal, but bumping for you to check.

yes it is, but I think you should give your mw a quick call just to let her know the situation.

It means that your baby is nearly ready to meet you.

Thanks guys - I actually gave birth last night so was definitely my body sending me signs!!

Thanks Lotster - yes, it was a great birth (just under 5 hours from waters breaking to baby in my arms in the pool).
