Think my waters may be going - when do I wake DH?

Am 40 + 1 and have been having a few cramps on and off for a few days, nothing regular. Just had a small gush of pinkish fluid - any ideas? Complicating factors: I'm GBS+ and so need IV antibiotics asap when I go into labour properly; it's NYE and we don;t have a car so would struggle to find a taxi to get to the hospital; and we would need to wake up our CM to look after DS. No proper contractions yet as far as I can tell, so could it be a minor leak?

Have put on a pad, so could go back to bed and see...

I dunno, if you're not in pain, I'd be tempted to leave him. How often are the contractions?

Is it a boy or girl? (The baby, not DH)

Congratulations EffiePerine. Your blanket will be a few weeks before it's ready 'cause the yarn is out of stock at the suppliers.

SuperBunny · 02/01/2009 18:25
