Natural Birth Centre at West Middlesex Hospital - anyone been there?

I am due in 7 weeks time, and am waiting to hear if West Mid midwives will cover a home birth for me (they have just realised that I am theoretically 5 doors out of their jurisdiction). The alternative is to go to the new Natural Birth Centre, which would be fine as have previously had quite speedy and low intervention births. However, they only have 4 rooms, and I have not actually "booked in" for it. Has anyone been there/given birth there? What was it like??
Thanks!!

I know a few people who have given birth there - it's meant to be just amazing...

I want to give birth there too - just hoping to make it to full term (have a cervical stitch!) so i have that option.

Apparently there was no one there yesterday - very quiet. I think its just luck of the draw if it's busy or not when you turn up. Do you know if you need to be 36 or 37 weeks to give birth there??

this seems to be an old thread, but as I'm booked for the natural birth center, I'd thought I'd add my comments anyway. I'm planning to have my baby, which is now 7 days overdue, at the natural birth center, hopefuly all will go well and I'll be able to have a water birth.
has anyone experienced it?
