Ok sorry Ladies for the TMI but when I'm sat on a chair and cough I can still feel er slackess in the fanjo area! It's like what should be inside is pushing outside! When I clench its not so bad and it is improving. But been 8 months now please tell me its not forever!
Was just wondering if everyone had this or is it just me being weird?
No prolapse by the way its all where it should be just squishier!

Keep working on those pelvic floor exercises! I had that initially, but exercised the pelvic floor like mad, so it's gone now (DD 6.5mo).

Oh crap not squeezing enough!
Must try harder glad it's normal though

More pelvic floor exercises, and if you can bring yourself to, speak to gp.

There are specialist physios that you can be referred to.

drivingmebatty · 19/12/2008 10:16

oh shit so it's not normal then if I need a physio
Now I'm worried again!

I think it is quite normally, I had it for quite a while after having my daughter but went when I got more active and done a few floor exercises.
Just try working it more and then if it still doesnt improve then go 2 gp, unless it really is worrying you

did you have a lot of stitches.i had loads of stitches internal and external. i felt like this for about a yr. keep up excercising it'll improve. i think its normal

rempy · 19/12/2008 22:10

Didn't mean to worry you! Its just its been a bit of time, and they may have a few suggestions to improve the efficacy of your excercises.
