Hi,
I have some problems with my eyes so trying to find out if there are some methods to push the baby out without creating too much pressure on my eyes and straining myself too much

Best advice i can give you is listen to the experts at the time.... let them guide you. i laboured in water, but got out to give birth as my m/w could see better, s i was on my back with her looking on all the time. i pushed for 11 mins. 1st child. no tears or grazes. push as if you are having the biggest poo ever she told me, and don't scream it wastes energy. then pause when she says to let the head come out slowly without tearing.

Good luck, i loved it !!

go with gravity, don't lie down (however kanckered you are!), be upright, squat et.
water helps greatly
