Looks like hb is out the window any positive induction stories?

So I'm booked in to be induced wed 40+18 by mw dates 40+12 by mine. Was really hoping for a hb but had show a wk ago and contractions on and off since that dont go anywhere. Resigned to being induced any positive stories to cheer me up?

BrightShinySun, I was induced with DD3 in July this year. Would second making sure you have things to do while you're in hospital. I hung around for 4 hours after my waters were broken, playing cards with DH. Anyway, I couldn't have the gel (previous c-section) so I went straight to the syntocinon drip with an epidural. It was by far the best of my 3 births as we had plenty of time to make decisions when moving from one stage of the process to the next. Anyway, you've got loads of time to get going yet

Just to let anyone know who is lined up for induction dont lose hope! I went into labour sunday! YAY! Had dd2 at home sun evening after 1.5hr labour, she weighs 8lb15. Totally amazing positive experience! So there we go,after all that worry!
