Hi I had a CS 4 weeks ago and my bleeding has almost stopped I really am fed up of wearing huge great bolders between my legs and was wondering as it was a CS can I use tampons as I didn't deliver naturally therefore everything stayed in tact with no tearing etc? Would love to know if this is possible as going on holiday in a week and would love to go swimming

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

No.

Not until your first period.

Switch to normal, thinner sanitary towels.

Having a csection doesn't mean you're not any less prone to infection than someone with a vaginal birth.
