I have a while to go yet but at my booking in appointment with mw i was told that because i had had an emergency section with ds1 that if i went over with this baby i would get a sweep but no induction. My section was 7 years ago but she asid that due to scar tissue they wouldn't induce me. My friend who lives in a different area had a section 4 yaers ago followed by a normal vaginal birth 2 years ago. She is due next week but has been told if she goes over then they will give her a low dose induction.

Does anyone have experience here or know what this low dose is. I would really like to avoid a section this time.

Don't think they like to risk induction. Could be lots of stress on the scar.
