Any chance of shooting pains in my breasts being a sign of labour starting some time soon? Throw me a bone here!

Really bad shooting pains woke me up in the night - has anyone had this as a sign of imminent labour? Four days overdue, fed-up, and have a cousin arriving from NYC to view the new baby tomorrow!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I suppose its possible but I never experienced it or heard of it

Be patient, play with your nipples for 10 minutes (lulumama swears by it ) and keep positive

Ha ha, thanks

I have been doing a bit of nipple stimulation but (1) have read it brings on very strong contractions so am slightly scared (DC1) and (2) keep forgetting to close the curtains!
