AIMS booklet "The Second Stage" - worth buying?

Has anyone seen the AIMS booklet about the second stage of labour "Birthing your baby: The second stage of labour" (under 'publications' here: www.aims.org.uk/). Trying to decide whether it's worth £7 (incl postage). It doesn't say how many pages it is and the blurb sounds like it might not be for the right book. But it was recommended to me. I'm particularly interested in the idea of not pushing in second stage (pushing was awful last time and this being second labour might be less needed this time) - think this booklet covers this but want to make sure before I cough up hard earned cash.

I havent read this book but i hear that the aims publications are very good.
Im trying to think off the top of my head what else might be useful to read.
What does spring to mind is a waterbirth??

Yes, I've heard they're very good. Already planning waterbirth, thanks.

AIMS publications are good, and you can always sell them on as they are popular. plenty of advice out there about the second stage generally and hypnobirthing and waterbirth both good options.
