Arnica - Strength for C-Section

I have just got the 30c tabs from Boots, and have heard that you need to take alot higher strength to have any effect, I presume I just take more at once... can anyone help?

u need the 200c tablets - ring Helios or Nelsons in the morning. Good luck with your section
