Happened to me too, took ages to stop bleeding... kept stopping and starting.

Talk to your midwife if you are worried though

I had stopped just before my 8 week check with both my pregancies. The first time I went to my GP who sent me for a scan to check everything was ok but I didn't bother 2nd time round.

I posted about this a few weeks ago. Was 6 wks with DS and now still a bit at 11 wks with DD. Doc has put me on anitbiotics and I've had different answers from different docs as to whether I need a scan. Its horrid, but no-one seems that worried unless you have signs of an infection (temp or bad smell).

Was 4 weeks with DD and 12 weeks with DS.
No problem just took ages.
