Can you actually see a tear? I have had a similar pain before and it was the start of thrush.

Have a look with a hand mirror to see if it looks ok. It may be worth getting it checked out to make sure it has healed ok.

ouch ouch ouch ouch ouch

I had labial grazes but when I had a look one side looked more like a tear to me, very very painful indeed. it took about 6 weeks to hear but I think it was getting infected. anyhow, in the end I dabbed tea tree oil on a few times a day. I have no idea if this is recommended or not and it has the oddest side effect of making your breath smell of tea tree a while later but the pain did go a few days after I started doing it.

much sympathies, pain is horrid
