braxton hicks making me feel a little light headed

hi 32 weeks with second baby
been having braxton hicks for a while and sometimes thay make me feel a little lightheaded and dizzy is this normal?

Hi! never made me feel dizzy, that's not to say they don't! perhaps your blood pressure is a little low? i would go see your gp for reassurance.

thanks for your reply had a reoutine appt with MW today and blood pressure/iron levels are fine.

she told me to monitor it and if it gets worse to let her know she seemed a bit stumped though!!!

yeh does sound odd, but maybe it's just your body's way of reacting to them. sometimes i found near term they took my breath away!

Make sure you are having plenty of fluid.
