Hi all have searched all of MN and cant find anyone who has suffered this rather hideous condition.
Basically my lady bits have dried up TOTALLY
they rub (internally) and are sore and itchy and I am sooo fed up now
have been prodded and pocked by lots of different drs and gyneas now and they seem to think it is a hormone imbalance. i have been put on Jasmine (pill) now for a week to help sort it out and so far no difference.
Anyone else had this? for how long?
Please anyone give me hope this will go soon!!!

Poor you - sounds truly horrid and uncomfotable. Have you tried lubricants like Senselle (?) to help in the short term? An imbalance will prob take a little while to right itself to don't give up on the pills.

ooh yes using special mosturiser every day just to be able to move around! it really is the worst feeling I've ever had c-section recovery and childbirth piece of cake in comparison!

Are you breastfeeding, BGP? A rep from a company that makes a 'natural' lubricant (ie. a lube with no harmful preservatives & parabens in it) said this is common in breastfeeding women. They'd clearly heard of it happening a lot.
