My midwife told me to put lavander oil in the bath which was v soothing.

I dont know I have heard people talk about soothing vream they slapped on after the birth and I thought I should buy some!!
can you out arnica own below????

Arnica tablets I think are better.
You cant put the cream on broken skin, so no good if you have stitches!

I was told to have luke warm baths with salt in as it's a natural healer, afaird i was a bit wont that sting.

Which i have to say it did the frist time although im not sure if that was because of the salt or not, but after that i found salt baths were very soothing.

I swore by arnica tablets - took them before birth to help with pain, and after birth as well. felt wonderful (if a little saggy)

I would second witchhazel kept in the fridge. Very soothing.
