Get your hands on a copy of Ina May's Guide to Childbirth (Ina May Gaskin) and also Silent Knife (a pretty old American book about CS prevention, but still a great one)

I i got a booklet from AIMs "birth after CS" by Jenny Lesley.

Similar to the Churchill/Savage book but seemed a bit more in it.
