thats about it really waters gone 2.50am, contractions getting more painfil waiting for midwives, lots of pressure downstairs

Well Bethany Anna Grace was born this morning at 4.25am after an hour and a half of labour. She weighed 8lbs 5ozs and is absolutely beautiful. Hard labour but she shot out at the end, I'm fine have a tear but no stitches, afterpains are hell though this is the first time DP has allowed me out of bed and downstairs to the PC. She has had a few wee feeds but is tired out bless her.

Am so happy and relieved

Take paracetemol and brufen alternately for the pains. They can be hellish.
