Is it true about pig semen in prostoglandin gel? If so, what do vegans do?

Not that I am a vegan, just curious!

Do vegans have to have a cs if their babies are late?

Lots of medical things aren't vegan (or vegetarian!) friendly. For example, I think they use gelatin to make some sorts of capsules. I think people maybe consider these special cases? (Not least, because with prostoglandin gel, you're not actually eating it.)
