I have Ina May Gaskins Guide to Childbirth and Hypnobirthing - the Mongam Method with a dvd if anyone wants the for the price of postage? Have to say I didn't try the hypnobirthing book but found Ina Mays book lovely for some positive birth stories - if a little ott for me ( I think she lost me on the orgasmic birth bit) but there are lots of reviews online and if you want it let me know.
