Perineal pressure after forceps birth: does it improve over time?

Hi everyone, I had a VB birth last October via forceps, 2nd degree tear and episiotomy. Felt heaviness at time and was checked and told potential rectocele but most likely just posterior wall laxity. Have just been checked again and cleared for prolapse and nil posterior wall laxity. I still feel there is pressure in my perineum. Wondering if this will ever go away… any insight would be greatly appreciated? Really spiralled thinking I potentially had a prolapse so I’m relieved that I don’t but would still like to know if this feeling goes away and would more VBs affect it! Any information would be so helpful thank you in advance.
