Baby acne

Anyone got any advice for baby acne? My baby is 5 weeks old and has developed it quite bad on her face. What can I use to help clear it up?

My daughter had it so bad I was beside myself with worry because I’d never seen a baby with it so bad, but honestly after a few weeks it just cleared up and you’d never know she had it. Try not to worry - before you know it it will have disappeared. Congratulations on your new baby 🥰

It really doesn’t last long at all. Breast milk on it is good if you’re breastfeeding but honestly you’ll forget it was even a thing soon!

My baby had baby acne from 4 weeks to about 6 weeks. It does clear up itself so I really wouldn’t worry. My doctors said to use a soft baby wash cloth with boiled cooled down water and gently clean her face every other day and that really seemed to help.
