Hi, I'm 26 weeks pregnant and was on 40 mg of clexane injections due to a previous dvt during ACL reconstruction surgery. I'm now on 160 mg (X2 80mg injections a day) because I have developed a blood clot on my brain.
Has anyone else been on this dosage and what will the birth plan likely look like now.
