Arnica 200c

I've bought some Arnica 200c for post-birth. There are no directions with the vial. Does anyone know how many tabs should I take daily and how often?

Hi Benjy,

You can take one when contractions start (but only one, as arnica can thin the blood), & then as soon as you remember after the birth. I'd take 2 a day (one morn & one eve) for 2-3 days afterwards & then one a day for about a week. The good thing about homeopathic remedies is that if they do no good, they certainly do no harm!
