I’ve been losing mucus plug for a week now and having quite intense cramps/tightenings all week on an evening. Today I had immense pressure and lost more plug, and then I had an explosive bout of diarrhoea, just liquid and the pressure was crazy.
I am still getting the odd tightening now but not anything like earlier.
im 40 weeks, could this be it?
