Is it possible for baby to be breech AND back to back at the same time?

My MW says not but I don't understand why.

Seems entirely possible to me (and I've had a back to back and a breech baby, separate pregnancies). I will watch with interest.........

My DD was breech and also back to back. Fortunately they insisted on a CS for the breech.
