This is my 2nd pregnancy. My first baby was born 40+2 following a sweep & waters artificially broken.
today I am 39 weeks and have lost some mucus plug since 38 weeks which several days of BH.
last night I had a load of tightenings and cramping in lower back and bump but went to sleep and stopped. However I woke to a really winded feeling in mid back around level with belly button which hadn’t subsided today. My bump has been hard all day and felt like one constant BH, with pressure into my mid back.
baby is moving normally so this isn’t a concern but I’m going to has a bath and see if my back eases.
could this be labour?
