C-section Wishaw

Hi has anyone had a planned C-section in University Hospital Wishaw and can advise when they received their date? Thanks

You could ask on the Scotsnet section as some of them might know where wishaw is. I had my 2 kids in that hospital but no idea about c-sections

I would second asking on the Scotsnet page. I can’t advise on that specific hospital but I was scheduled for a planned section a couple of weeks ago. My baby had other ideas and my waters broke a hour after the booking call so I went in that day but the planned sections were all booked in approximately a week before for the following week. Just prepare yourself that dates can change. When I was in recovery they came in and cancelled the planned section for one lady as they were at full capacity for active labour births and due to the level of risk needed to keep theatre free.
