Not sure what is typical as this is my first child. I had a C-section 6 months ago and occasionally get pain in my uterus. It's sometimes along my scar line - but often below, and also sometimes above where it still feels a bit bruised. Its more uncomfortable than actually painful, sometimes a dull ache something a feels like a pinch. I haven't started my periods again yet. When I've tried to massage my scar it can pull a bit and I can get little sharp tugs. Appreciate its still healing, but it it normal for my uterus (or muscles just below the scar) to feel uncomfortable? I have noticed it in the last few weeks so I'm wondering if it's infected - but would an infection be a lot more obvious? From the outside the scar looks perfectly healed and I don't have any discharge or obvious signs of infection
When did you stop feeling any discomfort down there? Sex also seems to aggravate the discomfort
