C-section and infections

I had a C-section 4 weeks ago and needed anti biotics for a wound infection, finished the course on friday and my wound is still seeping a little and very red and inflamed around the cut. Do you think I need more anti biotics? Anyone else had this?
Going to see doctor tomorrow.
I had infections with previous 2 c-sections, but no problems like this with my cut.

Yep you need a second course if it's still inflamed. It took me I think 3 courses to finally get the infection out. You may want to be referred back to your surgeon as they can check things out too.
