Hi All

i have 4 years old boy and 20months boy and now I am 6 months pregnant again … I don’t have anyone to help me in delivery or any household help … my husband work 8

I really wanna know how people manage it and what kind of help I get from? And nanny and babysitter is helpful or not? Please let me know

Can you afford to pay for help? If yes then you just need to decide what sort of help you would like and pay someone, wether that be a child minder, nanny, nursery etc. If you can't afford to pay for help have a look what is available locally in terms of Sure Start Centres (if they still exist) or if your 20 month old will qualify for free nursery once they turn two.

For birth if we had a third I'd go to hospital by myself and my husband would stay with our older two.
Re your others, surely your 4yo will be at school either now or very soon after the baby arrives? So most of the time you'll only have the two of them.

Can you afford to hire a doula?

You could hire a mothers help to help you in the house for the first few months after birth.
