C section incision

Trigger warning Just incase. C section incision, attaching a picture.

So I'm 2 weeks post c section and my incision is slightly open in 1 place... I think. I ended up in triage 5 days ago because of this. The doctor took one look and said everything’s normal, despite me telling her my pain in worse in that area and I had slight green/yellow discharge. When I say slight I mean a line of it on a bit of tissue, but on more than one occasion now, never any more than a line though. She didn’t swab the area as she said there’s no need but it doesn’t seem to be getting better. Dh said it looks the same as it did when the doctor checked it. My belly is overhanging the incision so I’m worried it’s causing moisture etc and constantly patting/air drying it not just after showering. Can anyone tell me if this is normal please or if I need to get a second opinion? Other than this one part everything else seems to be healing well. Tia!!

Compared to the other areas, it doesn't seem to be healing as well. However there's no redness or swelling surrounding it. Keep an eye on it and any worsening of symptoms, go straight back to your Dr.
(Am not qualified but have had a C-Section and various other ops)

I had the same but to the edge of the incision, it was oozing pinkish fluid too. I think I'd just been overdoing it and GP wasn't bothered by it. I kept an eye on it and it healed by itself. Hope that helps, I had the same worry as you with overhang.
