C section scar - indent - advice please

Hey. Im 2 years postpartum and I have indent on the left side of my c section scar and it is causing abit of pain recently has anyone else got this ? It looks strange and has always been there but seems to be even more indented lately

I have that on the right side but not sure what it is. It hurts if i cough or sneeze suddenly . Hopefully someone will know why they can heal like that as I'm interested too.

It’s most likely internal scar tissue causing the indent and the pain when sneezing / coughing. When you sneeze and contract your abdominal muscles, it can pull on the adhesions and cause short, sharp(!) pain.

Thank you the pain seems to have gotten worse lately
