This is my second child 14 year age gap I can not remember a lot other than an awful 2 weeks slow labor and no pain medication…. I am so scared I am 25+4 days it is getting near I litterally can not think about birth not sure where this has came from in my head I keep imagining the pain and I get so anxious.

Would a planned c section help? Or does that worry you in a different way?

Talk to your midwife. She can help you plan ahead.

I found the popthatmumma birth course brilliant, as I was scared out of my mind before my second. Birth prep course that focuses on embracing the pain, instead of breathing it away!

It helped me to think of it objectively - pain cannot kill you. It will hurt, and then it will be over. It's one day, and then I have a whole life with my baby. I told myself that on repeat for the last trimester!

second time labour is 1000x easier than first time labour.
