Just as the title says really. I am due to have an elective C section on Friday. This will be my 3rd C section (1st emergency, 2nd elective). We have since moved so I will be giving birth at Bham women’s hospital for the first time. Can anyone share their experience with me? I’ve heard it’s quite a busy hospital so I’m nervous about it being pushed back. Do they have a separate theatre for emergencies? With it being scheduled
for a Friday, if I am sent home I would have to wait another 3 days at least. I know some things are just out of our control, but i’ve been nervous for this c section as it is and i would be really disappointed if it didn’t go ahead on the day, especially after psyching myself up for it mentally.
